01 No Refund Policy
All products sold on Bitan Academy are digital products, including eBooks and other downloadable educational resources.
Once your payment has been successfully completed and the purchased digital product has been delivered or made available for download, the purchase is considered final.
We generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital eBook purchases once access or delivery has been provided.
02 Why Refunds Are Generally Not Available
Digital products are different from physical products because they cannot be physically returned after delivery or access has been provided.
- Digital products cannot be physically returned.
- Once downloaded or accessed, the product cannot be practically revoked or returned.

- You did not receive access to the purchased eBook because of a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
Any refund request based on a technical or payment issue will be reviewed individually. A refund is not automatically guaranteed.

If you experience an eligible payment or technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, resale, reproduction, uploading, or commercial distribution of our digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in appropriate legal action.
